Corporate Social Responsibility
This CSR Policy refers to the way in which RM regulates itself in order to ensure that all of our activities positively affect society as a whole. Our Policy aims to guarantee that we work ethically, considering human rights as well as the social, economic, and environmental impacts of what we do as a campaign. In all that we do, RM aims to meet, and to exceed, any relevant legislation, and if legislation does not exist in a particular area, our management team will ensure that we carry out best practices anyway.
RM is committed to ensuring that any campaigning undertakings are conducted as ethically as possible by following the below policy:
RM’s Vision and Objectives
RM’s vision is to have all nannies integrated within the childcare and early years workforce, working towards the same high standards as those required by childminders and subject to the same inspection and regulatory framework. To advance the learning and professional status of nannies UK wide.
To promote professionalism in all that we do.
To seek collaborators who share our aims and core values to achieve our goals and aspirations.
Supporting the Supporters
It is vital to us that we attract the support of the most renowned organisations and individuals relevant to the nanny sector, and that we maintain a good working relationship with them. To this end, our supporters have equal status within the campaign and their knowledge and expertise when offered will be listened to and will inform the development of the campaign.
Protecting the Environment
RM is wholly committed to reducing the environment impact that our campaign activities may have.
100% of all material produced by RM is produced electronic version only
Meetings are kept to an absolute minimum
RM’s adopted charity is the Children’s Society. We support their national and local campaigns by donating time i.e. participation in events where possible, and highlighting campaigns on our website and social media where appropriate.
RM is a signatory to the Code of Best Practice for Safer Online Recruitment Processes, a self-regulatory framework designed to safeguard nannies when seeking employment.
