Sub Groups

 

RM has a small number of Management Sub-Groups.  These sub-groups have been formed to further our campaign and, in the absence of registration and regulation, to develop a self-regulatory framework for all practitioners and agencies to work within.

There are 4 Management Sub-Groups.  They carry out developmental work in support of RM and aim to establish guidance and opportunities for nannies and nanny agencies, setting minimum standards. Details of their work, outcomes, and recommendations, will appear on this page in due course.

Sub-Group: Nanny Agencies

Chair: Frankie Gray


Frankie trained at the prestigious Norland College in the late 1990’s and has worked as a Norland Nanny for private families, both in the UK and overseas.  She’s also worked in Nursery Management.

Founder and Director of Harmony at Home, one of the UK’s most trusted and loved childcare and nanny agencies, Frankie presides over a number of franchises, all adhering to the same exacting Harmony at Home standards to ensure that all clients receive a premium level of childcare service. Frankie is a corporate and a professional member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and is committed to ethical and professional childcare recruitment practices.

Nanny Training & Further Training

Chair: Fay Gibbin


Fay is Chief Executive Officer, Avail Learning Academy. Fay's passion for quality, accessible training has driven her ambition to develop the UK's workforce, through the delivery of apprenticeships and CPD, especially within childcare, care, and clinical care.

Chair: Debbie Wordley


Debbie has been in the childcare industry for over 30 years. Her roles have included nannying and senior/deputy manager positions in both nursery schools & day nurseries. Debbie is sole proprietor of Savernake Nannies, a nanny introduction agency, established in 2017

Nanny Associated Organisations

Chair: Naina Zavery


Naina is Managing Director, Education Welfare Services Midlands (EWSM).  Of particular interest to Naina is that every child, regardless of their age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation, has a right to equal protection from harm.
